Walter Bailey, Mike Carpenter and Steve Mulroy voted in favor of Memphis and Shelby County consolidation into a metropolitan government. Voting against the consolidation resolution was Wyatt Bunker, Sidney Chism, Justin Ford, James Harvey Terry Roland, Heidi Shafer and Chris Thomas.
